I have noticed some blog performance issues over the last couple of days, so I have decided to make some system changes on the web and database servers that are hosting this blog.
These changes are in place, but I’m still testing, running performance benchmarks and tweaking the last parameters.
Nevertheless, the major performance issues should have disappeared. If you still see page load performance issues, please look at the bottom of this page, note the “xx queries, xxxx seconds” string and drop me an email with this info. (All of the the queries should load in less than a second, or just a little bit more than a second if there are more visitors on the blog)
thanks in advance
